Curriculum Vitae

Daniel Scrudato is an Attorney at S.D.R Law Firm in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Daniel previously litigated violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, including a class action suit against Nassau and Suffolk County New York Public Transit Systems. Additionally, Daniel has represented children who did not receive a Free and Appropriate Public Education from local school districts. Daniel currently practices law as a Criminal Defense Trial Attorney.

Daniel received a bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University in Criminal Justice and Corrections Systems. 

Daniel continued his studies with a law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. In addition, Daniel studied Criminal Justice, Criminal Procedure, and International Law at Oxford University, United Kingdom’s Law Program.

Daniel served as Criminal Law Clerk to the Honorable Kathy Qasim, J.S.C. at Superior Court of New Jersey for the 2016-2017 term.
